A high-quality product made using a low hardness, adhesive resin with the additional application of specialized surface treatment. By installing these plates on the front of a printing machine, their moderate adhesive property can catch all manner of particulates to prevent pinhole or other contamination at the time of printing. Due to the large degree of freedom in the manufacturing process we can make a plate that covers the exact area you need. These plates are durable, have a moderate adhesiveness, and can be easily washed with water between uses. Can be used flat or wrapped around cylindrical surfaces. It is more durable than other off-the-shelf solutions and has a high elastic resistance which allows it to perform effectively through even long runs at high speeds.
